MVR(Mechanical Vapor Recompression) Salt Refinery plant
- Process pipeline fabrication, erection and installation where has 21 different variables (steam,sealing water,vapor,condensate,cooling water,brine,non-condensate gas etc.) are made of different grades of materials such as CS(Q345R),S304, S316,S316L,S22053, Clad material(S22053/Q345R,S316/Q345R).
- Fabrication and erection of 32 storage tanks are made of different grades of materials such as CS(Q345R),S304, S316,S316L,S22053, Clad material(S22053/Q345R,S316/Q345R)
- Erection, assembly and installation of 42 centrifugal pumps,4 conveyors such as screw conveyor and belt conveyor,25 equipment’s such as vapor compressor, evaporator, heat exchanger, preheater etc.
- Performing a TIG,MIG,SMAW in pipeline fabrication welding.
- Blasting & painting work on CS storage tank & pipeline.
- Insulation work on process pipeline,tanks and equipments.
- Fabrication of steel platform.
- Commissioning work
- Modification & maintenance work.
